Wildwood, the perfect venue for a wedding reception - Wedding Booking

We will gladly hold a date for you on a provisional basis for 10 working days if you need time to check arrangements with your church or registry office. When you are ready to confirm your date, a non-refundable deposit of £1700, depending on the package you require, if you require the accommodation then the amount will be £1900.00 & if you then require the gardens for pictures the deposit will be £2200.00. as above. At this time we shall also ask you to complete the booking form. This is a legally binding contract and we would ask you to please read the Terms & Conditions, which can be found with the Booking Form in the "Weddings at Wildwood" Information Pack which you can download by clicking here.

Three to four months prior to your reception you will be invited to meet with our Coordinator to discuss the details of your day. Based on the confirmation of details with our Coordinator you will receive an invoice, with payments scheduled as follows:

75% due one month prior to the event - Remaining balance due one week before the event
Confirmation of final numbers is also required one week prior to the reception.
