Functions at Wildwood Golf and Country Club

Our new Clubhouse, completed in 2003, incorporates an elegant, contemporary Function Room, which spans the length of its first floor. Featuring a cathedral ceiling, parquet floors and a wall of French doors, which open onto a large wrap around terrace with additional outdoor seating, it overlooks the golf course and features lovely views of the Surrey Hills in the distance. A beautiful stainless steel bar area situated at the western end of the room also provides access onto the terrace and may be used as a dedicated reception and drinks area.

Seating consists of circular tables for 8 and 10. These are complimented by Phillipe Starck designed Louis Ghost chairs and white damask table linens and china. The room can be structured to accommodate variously sized parties with a maximum of 120 seated guests and up to 200 for a buffet.

With Room hire at just £1000.00 and various menu options starting from £9.50 for Canapes through Buffets & BBQ’s to a Three Course formal meal the choice is extensive. We can supply a disco or band for your event and can also offer details for balloons, flowers, fireworks etc.
