Christmas Lunches & Party Nights at Wildwood

Christmas at Wildwood - make our fabulous clubhouse your Christmas venue for 2011, the stunning room which overlooks the golf course, in December is lit up with fairy lights and drapes to give that extra special festive feel.

With our fabulous Clubhouse venue, we can incorporate an elegant, contemporary Function Room, which spans the length of its first floor. Featuring a cathedral ceiling, parquet floors and a wall of French doors, which open onto a large wrap around terrace with additional outdoor seating, it overlooks the golf course and features lovely views of the Surrey Hills in the distance, the room is lit up at night with stars and the balcony area hosts wrap lighting along the terrace.

A beautiful stainless steel bar area situated at the western end of the room also provides access onto the terrace. At Christmas the rooms & club will be decorated to give the wonderful festive ambience.

Seating consists of circular tables for 8 and 10. These are complimented by Phillipe Starck designed Louis Ghost chairs and white damask table linens and china. The room can be structured to accommodate variously sized parties from 20-30 people, with a maximum of 150 seated guests and up to 200 for a buffet.

For companies requiring sole use Christmas Menus are inclusive of all quality crackers, & disco entertainment

Accommodation at Wildwood
Beautiful suites in the private gardens at Wildwood. Available for twin, double of single occupancy
£100.00 per night per room includes breakfast.

Drapes at Wildwood
The Wildwood suite will be fully festive for your party night with voile drapes and Christmas lights and trees, the ambience will make your evening special.

Getting Home from Wildwood
We can offer a shuttle car service from Wildwood at £7.50 per person within a ten mile radius. Please make arrangements before the event. If you would prefer a larger vehicle to shuttle you or your staff home then we can arrange a 12/16 Seated minibus, or large coach. (P.O.A.)

Even though the DJ is an important part of your evening entertainment, Wildwood can also find you alternatives, from Magicians to wonderful bands, jazz, or rock- let us make your evening fab!
